I&amp;#8217;ve managed to maintain what I lost since I stopped exercising and eating right, but now I am ready to get back to it.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I had planned on starting &amp;#8220;Slim in 6&amp;#8221; today but I recently got some news concerning my health, so I am going to start out a bit slower. I&amp;#8217;m only going to do yoga and walking for exercise for a few weeks, until I feel ok to do more. I&amp;#8217;ve been back &amp;amp; forth with doctors and hospital visits since like the middle of December. Pretty much every week I&amp;#8217;ve been to a doctor and/or hospital. It&amp;#8217;s been one thing after another.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I did go grocery shopping on Friday, and got some good stuff. Got some stuff to make pitas, cobb salad, turkey taco salad, greek yogurt, etc. Mostly stuff for lunches.&lt;/p&gt;

And then halfway through that, the week of Feb 17th, I&amp;#8217;m going to start C25K again, and actually sign up for a 5k this time. Ready to get shit done for real.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I weighed myself today and I&amp;#8217;m at 153.3 lbs. Which means I&amp;#8217;m 3 lbs less than the last time I updated the information on this page. So I&amp;#8217;m pretty happy that I&amp;#8217;ve been able to maintain and manage my weight in the past year, without working out at all.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;ve pretty much maintained weight since I&amp;#8217;ve been gone.. which I&amp;#8217;m happy about. I&amp;#8217;m planning on restarting the 30 Day Shred &lt;strike&gt;and C25K on January 27th&lt;/strike&gt;. Actually, I think I&amp;#8217;ll wait until I&amp;#8217;m halfway through 30 Day Shred to start C25K. I&amp;#8217;ll start coming on here and posting every day again.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;What happened last year was, I broke my computer and everything kind of went downhill from there. I wasn&amp;#8217;t able to watch my workout DVDs, or come on tumblr, or anything. I&amp;#8217;m hoping to get a new computer soon, but for now I&amp;#8217;ve been using my dad&amp;#8217;s. But I&amp;#8217;m ready to stop making excuses and start getting back to business.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I plan on doing the 30 Day Shred the way it was intended.. 30 days straight.. no breaks. We&amp;#8217;ll see how that goes.. and the C25K which is 3 days a week. But that will be dependent upon the weather, because I don&amp;#8217;t run if it&amp;#8217;s less than 40 degrees or above 79 degrees. Mostly because I have issues with extreme temperatures &amp;amp; dehydration.&lt;/p&gt;
