Just posting this here as a self reminder.. and to share it with you all, of course. Gonna be doing yoga everyday and walking on days when the weather allows. WOOP.

Attempting to get back into a healthy lifestyle again. I’ve managed to maintain what I lost since I stopped exercising and eating right, but now I am ready to get back to it.
I had planned on starting “Slim in 6” today but I recently got some news concerning my health, so I am going to start out a bit slower. I’m only going to do yoga and walking for exercise for a few weeks, until I feel ok to do more. I’ve been back & forth with doctors and hospital visits since like the middle of December. Pretty much every week I’ve been to a doctor and/or hospital. It’s been one thing after another.
I did go grocery shopping on Friday, and got some good stuff. Got some stuff to make pitas, cobb salad, turkey taco salad, greek yogurt, etc. Mostly stuff for lunches.
Anyone have any good ideas for healthy bagged lunches for work?

Gonna start Slim in 6 on Sunday! And then halfway through that, the week of Feb 17th, I’m going to start C25K again, and actually sign up for a 5k this time. Ready to get shit done for real.
I weighed myself today and I’m at 153.3 lbs. Which means I’m 3 lbs less than the last time I updated the information on this page. So I’m pretty happy that I’ve been able to maintain and manage my weight in the past year, without working out at all.
Now to start working out & eating healthier again. Ready to do this shit.
